#Terms & Conditions

By registering at **The Camp Academy**, the member or parent/guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Membership

Registration is completed through **WhatsApp or by visiting the academy**. Membership is confirmed once the required fees have been paid.

2. Fees & Refunds

All registration, membership, and training fees are **non-refundable and non-transferable** once payment has been completed.

3. Attendance

Members are expected to attend their scheduled training sessions on time. Missed sessions are not refundable. Make-up sessions, if available, are subject to the academy’s approval and class availability.

4. Training Schedule

The Camp Academy reserves the right to adjust training schedules, coaches, groups, or class timings when necessary. Members will be informed of significant changes whenever possible.

5. Uniform & Equipment

Members must wear the appropriate training uniform and bring the required protective or personal equipment for their sport. Uniforms and equipment are not included in the membership fee unless otherwise stated.

6. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the academy of any medical condition, injury, allergy, or other health-related information that may affect the member’s participation in training.

7. Conduct & Discipline

Members are expected to respect coaches, staff, other athletes, academy facilities, and equipment. The academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of unacceptable or unsafe behavior.

8. Tournaments & Events

Participation in tournaments, competitions, camps, and special events may be subject to coach selection, eligibility requirements, additional fees, and separate terms.

9. Personal Belongings

The Camp Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to the academy.

10. Photos & Media

Photos or videos may be taken during training sessions, tournaments, or academy events for promotional and social media purposes. Parents/guardians may contact the academy if they do not wish for their child to appear in such content.

11. Injuries

Martial arts and combat sports involve physical activity and may carry a risk of injury. Members participate in training according to their physical ability and under the supervision of the coaching staff.

12. Academy Policies

The Camp Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions or its internal policies when necessary.

By completing registration and payment, the member or parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
